I created this for a Kitchit customer recently and I liked it so much, I’d like to do it again!
Big, bold, beautiful, and delicious .
Big beef tray : grilled sliced flank steak, roasted vegetables ( carrots, onions, garlic, parsnips, potatoes,etc..)
Fish tray: ceviche in rice cracker cups , sesame rice noodles with scallions , tempura shrimp, sweet and spicy sauce.
Deviled eggs with pancetta shard
