This is one of my favorite events, an afternoon reception to celebrate the groundbreaking  for a school construction project. The challenges were very exciting, we were at a construction site with no running water or lights. My idea was to create an elegant yet simple and symbolic event. The apple and orange centerpieces represent good luck for a construction project. The champagne and elegant desserts were a perfect contrast to the active construction site!
