A Night Julia Would Love

This is a meal I used to make with my cooking classes in Chicago. It is the epitome of French comfort food.

The salad is crisp with a classic vinaigrette to kick start your appetite for my Bourguignon made with the freshest ingredients and good red wine which braises for hours until the beef is as tender as butter. Accompanied with classic sautéed skinny french cut green beans and oven roasted potatoes, you will feel fulfilled on many levels. But to transport you ever more closer to the French countryside you will top it all off with my award winning cream brûlée .
